Photos from November 2010 Wynwood Art Walk
By Jordan Melnick | November 15th, 2010 | 4 CommentsWith Art Basel just weeks away, the Wynwood Art Walk on Saturday seemed even more hyped than usual. The galleries were bursting at the seams, the Wynwood Market DJ had the volume turned up high, and even the Cosplay kids showed up. Between the people-watching and the billows of meat-scented smoke blowing off the food carts, the art on the gallery walls seemed like more of an excuse for the occasion than its raison d’ĂȘtre (c’est la Miami). It was a good time all around. Here are the photos to prove it.

photos are wonderful.
i love all the people, but i also love the one picture of artwork: “old art must die for new art to be born.”
And old art did die. I shredded Titian. Felt GREAT … actually it felt mean.
