    i have come to the conclusion that critical mass is more dangerous than riding with cars. during cm people follow too close, go too fast, weave in and out of other riders too closely, hop on and off curbs too close to other riders and fly past you only to brake for no reason and then speed off. the only safe place to be is in front of those idiots. at least with cars i can ride on the wide sidewalks.

    Really? I see it more of a common sense thing. Keep a wide breadth from the crazies, and you’re fine. All in all, the bike crazies aren’t as bad as the four-wheeled variety.

    Miami CM needs to slow down and get it’s act together, I love CM but it’s gettin out of hand in Miami.. I agree with “tired of cm”.. This last CM looked so disorganized and unsafe.. I’m trying Ft. Lauderdale.

    CM seems very disorganized. It’s groups like this that end up having problems with the city. They held up traffic & had people at stop lights for over 20 mins. You can’t just assume that everyone is on CM time. I felt bad for those who might have been on their way to work.

    Please, Miss Luis There’s no need to use profanity. We are just concerned for peoples safety. Critical Mass is not intended to be a bicycle race or a place to go “crazy”. Yes, I believe everyone should have fun, but the size of gaps between riders was so huge at times, there were some cars making there way in the mass. This was probably due to people distancing themselves from the “crazies” who were just having a little “crazy” fun. So please let’s all be safe and organized as CM was intended to be. Peace
