MIA Iconcyclist #2: Ben Vereen

By | May 27th, 2011 | No Comments

This is not the first time Miami native Ben Vereen has made his way onto Beached Miami, and it probably won’t be the last. Many of you ’90s brats will recognize this scene right away from the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air episode “Papa’s Got a Brand New Excuse”, in which Vereen plays Will Smith’s dead-beat biological dad and a foil to Uncle Phil the Patriarch. If you have no idea why that scene is being reproduced here, with the addition of a bicycle and the subtraction of a certain black skully, check out Iconcyclist #1. If you don’t recognize this scene, you’re life is incomplete. Get thee to YouTube forthwith.
