The Argentine-Uruguayan music collective fuse acoustic tango with electronic music. Led by Gustavo Santaolalla, this mammoth of a producer has 14 Grammy awards under his belt as well as 2 Academy awards. He is the composer behind some of the most iconic scores in Hollywood including Amores Perros, 21 Grams, Motorcycle Diaries, Brokeback Mountain and Babel. When the collective comes together to record and tour as Bajofondo, the sum is even greater than the whole of its talented parts. It is the sound of the hottest club in Buenos Aires late-night. A joyous, but complex mix of tango, dub, drum&bass, dance beats and jazz.
